Position Title: RN

Department: ICU-CCU, Davenport East Campus

Hours/Shift

  • 1900-0730
  • 36 hours per week
  • Only 2 weekends in a 6 week period and rotating holidays

Join the MercyOne Family! We are looking to hire a Registered Nurse for our ICU department!

As An RN At MercyOne, You Will

  • Provides and directs safe, effective, and culturally-competent care for high risk pediatric through aging adult patients with actual or potential life-threatening medical-surgical conditions
  • Complex assessments, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation
  • Evaluation of care using critical thinking and evidenced-based practice
  • Providing high-intensity therapies and interventions while providing continuous nursing surveillance
  • Adherence to the Professional Practice Standards as defined by ANA
  • Active participation in quality monitoring and performance improvement activities

General Requirements

  • Special Training: ACLS; Basic Life Support
  • Training Preferred: Certified in critical care; Baccalaureate in Nursing
  • Licensure/Registration: Registered Nurse in Iowa; Registered Nurse in Illinois within 1 year
  • Experience: Less than 1 year experience required

  • Associate's Degree
  • Field Of Study: Nursing
